They cascade, and the order is always the same. A loaded filter stops catching dust, so the dust lands on the coil. A dust-coated coil transfers less heat, which means the compressor runs longer and the room takes longer to cool. Restricted airflow across a cold coil can drop it below freezing, and condensation then ices up instead of draining. A drain that has silted up leaves standing water in a dark tray through a Dubai summer. That is how a cooling problem becomes a mould problem.
Every step in that chain costs little to interrupt and a great deal to reverse. A filter clean is AED 149. Reaching the far end of it means a full strip-down, sometimes a mould treatment, occasionally a repair. Scheduling is not an upsell here. It is the difference between four short visits a year and one long repair, plus a fortnight of a musty flat.
This is the guidance we give on the doorstep, published so you can act on it without booking anything. The three intervals are the baseline; the three conditions below shorten them.
The most frequent item and the most neglected. One month through summer, three at the outside for a lightly used system. AED 149 per unit, indoor filter and outdoor condenser.
The item that shows up on your DEWA bill rather than in the air. Both coils in one visit. AED 299 per unit.
The part filter and coil work never touches. Annual is the Dubai baseline. From AED 599 per unit, or from AED 349 per duct.

Hair and dander load a filter mesh several times faster than household dust. Move filters to monthly and leave the rest as it is.
A villa with the AC on around the clock through summer is doing several times the working hours of a flat that is empty all day. Frequency should follow hours, not the calendar.
Every visit in a schedule is a service we already sell on its own, with the same scope it has on its own page. Nothing gets bundled into a job you can’t check.
Unit count, duct layout, the state of the filters and coil faces, whether the drainage runs freely, and how hard you actually run it. A schedule built without those is a guess.
An empty-all-day apartment in Mirdif and a full house on the Palm with the AC on constantly get different intervals, because they are wearing the system at different rates.
Most visits are filters. Every second or third is filters plus coils. Once a year the ducts come into it. You are not paying for a strip-down four times a year.

The whole practical value of a schedule is not having to remember it. You get a message when the next one is coming up, not a reminder six months late.

3-day warranty, every visit
The useful thing about a recurring visit is not the visit, it is the sequence. Camera footage from inside the same duct runs six months apart tells you whether your intervals are right. Still clean at twelve months? We will tell you to stretch it. If the filter is matted at six weeks, something in the building is loading it and the interval should shorten.
That only works if the equipment and the method stay the same between visits, which is why a scheduled clean uses exactly what a one-off does.

A thin contract is the easiest thing in Dubai to sell, because nobody audits what happened on a visit. A technician who spends twenty minutes and one who spends two hours leave the same paperwork behind. So we leave a different kind of record.
For the price that I paid, they sent three personnel to clean our vents and AC duct. They also have a camera in their vacuum and a monitor so that you can see what they are cleaning. More often than in a cooler climate, because the system barely gets a month off. As a working baseline: filters every one to three months, coils every three to six months, and a full duct clean once a year. Move towards the shorter end of each range if you are near the coast, have pets, or run the AC hard all day.
Every one to three months. One month through summer, or if you live near a construction site or the coast, or have pets. Three months is the outside limit for a lightly used system in a settled building. This is the item people underestimate most, and a loaded filter is what starts pushing dust onto the coil and into the ducts.
Every three to six months. The coil is where dust costs you money, not only air quality. A dust film insulates the fins, so less heat transfers on each pass and the compressor runs longer to reach the same room temperature. Coil cleaning is AED 299 per unit and covers the indoor evaporator and the outdoor condenser together.

Growth needs standing water, no light and a dust supply, so keeping the filter clean and the drainage running is what starves it. It is not a guarantee. If the drain tray does not fall towards its outlet, or the thermostat is set so low the unit runs wet all day, that needs fixing rather than scheduling around.
