How quickly can you come out?
Same-day slots are often available if you message us in the morning, and next-day is normal. Send us your area of Dubai and what you need, and we will tell you the earliest window we actually have rather than a best case. Our hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Someone should be there to let us in, to point out the problem areas and to see the before-and-after footage at the end. You do not need to stay in the room while we work. We sheet and cover the area before anything comes out of the van and we clear up afterwards.
How do I pay, and when?
After the job, not before. We take cash, card or bank transfer, and you pay the price that was confirmed at the inspection. Nothing on this website takes a payment or asks for card details, so if anyone claiming to be us asks you for a deposit online, it is not us.
